                       Telangana lifts lockdown completely as cases fall

Lockdown in Telangana 2021 latest News . The orders were issued extending the lockdown in the state till 9.06.2021 . Keeping in view the decrease in number of corona cases and low positivity percentage in the state of Telangana it has been decided to allow all the activities that were permitted prior to the introduction in the state in supersession of all earlier orders related to lockdown with immediate effect.

1. Wearing of face mask shall be compulsory in public places, in work places and in means of transport . Any deviation in this regard shall attract prosecution u/s.51 to 60 of Disaster Management Act , 2005 and section 188 of IPC as well as other applicable laws . It is further reiterated that failure to wear face mask as mandated shall attract a penalty of  Rs.1000/- . Individuals must maintain social distancing .
2. All shops , officers and establishments shall ensure that all Covid norms w.r.t. Physical distancing , Sanitisation etc ., are scrupulously followed. Failure to observe these norms will attract action under relevant Acts and orders issued under Disaster Management Act, 2005.
3. All educational institutions and coaching institutions are permitted to re-open , Government schools and colleges can re-open from 01.07.2021. 
4. In exercise of powers conferred under the Disaster Management Act, 2005 , the undersigned , in his capacity as chairperson state executive committee hereby issue direction to all department of Government of Telangana , collectors and district Magistrates Commissioners /Superintendents of police , in the state to strictly implement the above orders with immediate effect
